Notulensi Basics

Widya Notulensi enables users to upload files and convert them into transcriptions, along with additional outputs like summaries and key points. To utilize this feature, follow the step-by-step guide provided below.

1. Navigate to the "New Meeting" option in the sidebar and click on it.
2. Provide a name for the meeting, choose the desired language, and opt for the "Upload Audio" meeting type.
3. Select the meeting file you wish to transcribe by clicking on the "Upload File" button.
4. After selecting the file, proceed by clicking on the "Upload" button to initiate the transcription process.




Widya Notulensi has the capability to transform uploaded audio files into meeting transcriptions.

Meeting Transcription by Uploading a File

Widya Notulensi is capable of recording audio during meetings and producing meeting transcriptions. Here is the step by step guide: 

1. Create a Meeting in Zoom and copy the meeting link
2. Navigate to the **New Meeting** option in the sidebar.
3. Provide a name for the meeting, select the desired language, and choose the meeting type as **Online**. Click **Now** under **Meeting Type**.
4. Paste your meeting link into the designated field and proceed by clicking the **Record"** button.
5. Wait for the **Widya Notulensi Bot** to join your meeting, and ensure that the meeting administrator approves our notulensi agent to join. Approval is required **twice**: once when the notulensi agent is **joining** and again when it begins **recording**. Once you hear **Recording in Progress**, you're all set to proceed.
6. When meeting ends, click **Stop Recording** and the notulensi agent will leave the meeting. 
7. Wait for the transcription, summary, and keypoints to be generated by our AI.

Zoom Meeting Transcription

Widya Notulensi is capable of recording audio during meetings and producing meeting transcriptions. Here is the step by step guide: 

1. Create a Meeting in Google Meet and copy the meeting link

3. Provide a name for the meeting, select the desired language, and choose the meeting type as **Online**. Click **Now** under **Meeting Type**.

4. Paste your meeting link into the designated field and proceed by clicking the **Record"** button.
5. Wait for **Widya Notulensi Bot** to join your meeting, and make sure the meeting admin approves our notulensi agent to join. 
6. When meeting ends, click **Stop Recording**

Microsoft Teams Meeting Transcription

With this functionality, users can easily plan and organize their meetings in advance, ensuring that important discussions are captured accurately. Here is the step by step guide :

1. Go through your workspace.

2. Create your new meeting by press the **New Meeting** button.

3. Provide a **name** for the meeting, chose your preferable **language**, and move the meeting **time** to **Scheduled**.

4. Inside the Scheduled tab, you can fill the information below such as the Start and the End time of the meeting, and the time zone, You can also make it auto record (our ai assistant will join to your meet automatically).

5. After that you can paste your meeting link, and proceed by clicking the Record button.

Scheduled Meeting Recording

This integration simplifies scheduling, enabling users to view and manage their meeting recordings within their schedules conveniently. Here is the step by step guide :

1. Go through your workspace.

2. Create your new meeting by press the New Meeting button.

3. Provide a name for the meeting, chose your preferable language, and move the meeting time to Calendar.

4. Syncronize your google calendar account by clicking the Google Calendar button.

5. Your scheduled meeting will show up, and you can make it auto record by clicking the record button in each meeting.
